MyAccount is our online customer portal offering self-service payment options. You are able to analyze your usage, set up alerts, and view your monthly bill.

Track Usage:

· You can view your water and electric usage by day, month, or even hour by hour.

· Reviewing and tracking your usage can be helpful to see when your high energy and water peaks are.

· Our charts show you average temperatures reported that day. This helps to compare your usage from previous days and years.  

Misplaced your bill or haven't received it in the mail?

Sign-up for paperless billing and you'll able to view your bill within 24 hours after it has been posted.

Bill Pay Options:

You can pay your bill online with a debit card, a credit card, or with your checking or saving account. You also are able to set up automatic payments.

Set Up Text & Email Alerts on the following:
New Bill Alert: You'll receive within 24 hours of a new bill posting.
Due Date Reminder: You'll receive 1 week before due date.
Scheduled Payment Reminder
Past Due Reminder: You'll receive 4 days after an unpaid bill.
High Water Alert: Be alerted within 24 hours on high water usage.
