Establish Electric Service for New Construction
If you need new electric service to a property where electric service didn't previously exist (new construction), please complete the Electric Service for New Construction form. The form will be submitted to our electrical engineer who will begin the paperwork and have a tech contact you.
Temporary Removal of Services or Removal of Services for Demolition
Please complete the attached PDF at least five business day prior of removal, for scheduling purposes. The form MUST be completed by the current property owner or by the realtor/agent representing the property. Completed forms can be emailed to us at support@cityofshawano.com or dropped off at our office located at 122 N Sawyer Street.
