Bill Payment Options

We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.

Pay Online or Telephone

Pay online with our customer service portal MyAccount:

1. Select Create an Account
2. Enter your name(s) as it appears on your bill, account number, email
3. Choose a password and secret question
4. Click on the button Create Account

To pay using your mobile device, download “MyMeter Utilities” on the App Store© or Google Play™.  Select Shawano Municipal Utilities from the Utility drop down menu. Select create an account, already have an account with MyAccount? use your same login. 

To pay by phone, call 855-748-3078. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number. Need help navigating how to pay by phone? here is step by step directions 

Automatic Payment

Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. You can sign up for this online on MyAccount. Or you can complete an Authorization for Direct Payment and return it to us. ACH Form

Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

• Helps avoid late or missed payments
• No need to write checks
• No postage costs
• Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account

When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Pay by Mail

Please include the bottom stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.

* Mail could take 5-7 business for us to receive, please plan accordingly when mailing payments to ensure that we receive your payment on time.

Pay in Person

During normal business hours Monday – Thursday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm) Friday (7:30 am - 12:00 pm) customers can make payments at 122 N Sawyer Street, Shawano.

After hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box attached to our building. (located on the left hand side of our front doors underneath the first set of windows)

Other Payment Stations

As an additional convenience, payments are accepted at Abby Bank and Charlie's County Market. Please include the bottom stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited, they will not except payment without it.
